Join IMTILAK as a Real Estate Consultant in our Istanbul office and seize the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service through our call center. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's success by providing prompt and positive phone assistance to customers and potential residents. As an industry leader in real estate, we are dedicated to investing in our people and communities. We rely on Real Estate Consultants, like you, to present the best homeownership.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and potential residents through positive and efficient phone service.

• Provide information on homeownership and investment opportunities.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions

Requirements:

Hold a minimum of a university degree or institute diploma.

 Must have experience in real estate consulting for at least 2 years.

Maintain a positive attitude and strong telephone skills throughout your shift.

Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to write clear and concise correspondence.

The accommodation should be in Istanbul.

Required Language Skills:

· First language:  Arabic - Advanced

· Second language: English - Advanced
