We are looking for a sales and PR Specialist for our branch in Kuwait (Imtilak Global)

About Imtilak Real Estate:

A large-scale Turkish company, established in 2012, specializing in real estate consulting and brokerage, focusing its attention on foreign real estate investors, who wish to own property in the region.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for promoting and selling IMTILAK real estate properties to potential clients in Kuwait.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, media outlets, and key stakeholders to promote brand awareness and enhance the company's visibility.
• Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to effectively communicate key messages and initiatives to the target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and communication across all channels.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns and guiding them through the sales process.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and regulatory requirements related to the real estate sector in Kuwait.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate is required.
• 4-5 years’ experience in Turkey Real Estate Market is a must.
• Excellent level in #English & Arabic (Know another language is advantage).
• Resident of Turkey and Able to move to Kuwit ASAP
• Holding a driving license.
